• I am a reader by heart. I have read over 100 books in almost 2 years, and it’s more than just a hobby to me. But I have most definitely had negative book experiences, that can also be positive, depending on how you interpret it. Some books have put me in such a slump and become all I think about. Some of them are so relatable to my life that it scares me, but also makes me realize a lot of things I never did.
• My favorite book as a child was Chicka Chicka Boom Boom by Bill Martin Jr. and John Archambault. From that, it is now always my immediate go to book when reading to children at work. Seeing their reactions and love for the way I tell the story brings me back to my childhood and makes me love the book and reading even more.
• My passion and dedication to teaching to children has been a long dream of mine. Working in a day care for over two years now has only made that come true even more. It is a pleasure to become a ro-model to these kids and have love for doing it as well.
